Its high volume, vertical spray tip quickly covers water stains, graffiti, nicotine, and smoke stains on ceilings. It's perfect for touch up when you don't want to repaint the entire ceiling due to spot damage. If desired, Covers UP may be top coated with a ceiling paint in 2 hours. May be used under or over latex and oil base paints. Well, that stuff did the job and it was so easy to use! Just shake it and spray it on, no mess, no hassle. My ceiling looks like new :).
